LR from nhp out to hefner & back with RL, JB , Blake & Andrew. 72 with very high humidity/dp. Definitely a calorie roaster today. JB & Andrew went on with their "easy" pace while me, RL, & Blake ran ours. Blake turned back for 15 while me & Roger went around s&s park & hefner neighborhoods to add mileage to get 17. Red man was in full swing out @ hefner. Sure glad I'm not part of that deal on a day like today. Got to mile 15 & JB ran back to bring us home for a fast finish & get his "20". That guy is in phenomenal shape! Was really surprised @ how well I was able to push myself @ the end of a long run. My last 2 were 6:38, 6:35 . JB had me do a couple of 10 sec surges to wake up my legs a little. PR for weekly mileage! Really amazed @ how well I feel! Never thought I could run this kinda mileage & feel as good as I do. Ready for some cool fall weather!

looks like you are getting into rocking shape. Something about high mileage that makes you start feeling great. I think the leap in mileage will do wonders for your performances from 5k and up. Mileage builds strength and conditioning. Keep up the hard work man. In an ideal world I feel best at 120 MPW. Sounds like your body is ready to handle some 80-90 MPW's and you are being smart/safe getting there. Good job
